Ceramic decals (lithographs or transfers) are used to apply printed designs to ceramic objects such as tableware,

hotelware, tiles and sanitaryware.

The decals are printed onto a gum or wax coated paper. These images are then coated in a protective layer that facilitate its transfer onto the desired object.

Inglaze Decals

We are the only manufacturers that have been making in-glaze decals in India for the last two decades. We make decals for bone china and porcelain tableware, tiles and sanitaryware.

These decals are typically fired between 1100 - 1200 degrees. In-glaze firing provides higher resistance, which gives it long durability and dishwasher safety.

Onglaze Decals

We have a wide range of on-glaze decals for tableware, tiles and sanitary ware with gold, metallic and precious metals, fired in ranges of 800 – 900 degrees.

We also provide lead free decals that pass through prop65.

Relief Decals

We do relief decals on in-glaze and on-glaze decals, which gives the relief texture on the tableware.

These decals are fired in temperatures between 800 - 1200 degrees.

METALLIC EFFECT DECALS

At on-glaze firing temperatures, ceramic metallic decals are used to give a lustrous effect to the decorated ceramic surfaces.

This is a low cost alternative to the precious metals that give a high value feel.
